Telemedicine is that the practice of drugs using technology to deliver care at a distance. A doctor uses telecommunications technology for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases and injuries. All of the health care services are provided to patients remotely via video, smartphones, email, etc. Telemedicine aids within the management of chronic conditions, medication management, follow-up visits, and video consultations with specialists. The aim of telemedicine is to create health management easier for patients and to improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery. A bigger effort is being created to:

  • Expand access to care: remote hospitals will provide emergency and medical aid services.

  • Improve health outcomes: patients will receive early diagnosis, cut back hospitalization additionally as reduced mortality rates.

  • Address shortages and misdistribution of health care providers: Specialists will serve a lot of patients via Tele health technologies.

  • Support health care education programs: rural physicians can consult with specialists more simply.
